The perfume, the revenge of the judge and the fear business

Ubeda A judge ordered the sealing of a perfume shop and a drugstore on the assumption that selling fakes. The problem stems from a trade quarrels arising out of a request to change the fragrance once used substantially, blaming "that did not smell good."

The judge, conducting a manifest abuse of power, got the perfume owners returned the money paid for the perfume and the next day ordered sealing order against the two establishments who ran the owner. The worst thing here is that owners outraged at this abuse, did not initiate any legal action against the judge, after taking eight days the two stores closed in bad ways. It has been the General Council of the Judiciary who has acted ex officio in this case.

This leads me to believe that many employers fear and dread of public authorities, wary of the system extensively and prefer to feel trampled and humiliated rather than trusting their fate to justice. Sadly, the only reasonable explanation I can think of.

David versus Goliath usually wins a few times and be judge and party, never better, makes us reflect on the justice, legality, constitutional rights and all those terms that underpin the rule of law. In this case, I fully understand that the trader would like to draw a veil over the events but not removed, we have to let us tread. What would you do? "Denunciaríais similar abuse of power?
