This fall the singer will be launching a new perfume with Avon, appropriately named Outspoken. The fragrance is said to reflect Fergie's overall appeal: "coyly feminine and unabashedly sexy."
Here's what Fergie has to say about the new scent: "Outspoken definitely has a 'rock-n-roll boudoir' vibe. I think the woman who wears it can feel both strong and feminine at the same time."
